Electronic Payment / ACH Authorization & Disclosure
General electronic-payment disclosures and the authorization boundary for ACH and other supported payment methods.
1. Scope
This Electronic Payment / ACH Authorization & Disclosure explains how IVth Dimension Solutions, LLC may facilitate electronic payments for applicable transactions. It supplements, but does not replace, the specific payment authorization presented when a customer initiates or authorizes a payment.
2. Payment Providers and Financial Infrastructure
The Company may use banks, ACH providers, payment processors, financial-data providers, or other regulated third-party infrastructure to facilitate payment. The Company does not represent that it independently operates the ACH network, card networks, or a financial institution merely because payment functionality appears within a Company workflow.
Provider terms, privacy notices, identity-verification requirements, and financial-institution rules may also apply.
3. Transaction-Specific Authorization
Before an electronic debit is initiated, the applicable workflow should identify or make available the material terms required for that authorization, which may include the payee, amount or method for determining the amount, timing or frequency, account or funding source selected, and whether the authorization is for a single payment or future payments.
By affirmatively authorizing a transaction, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the payment described in the transaction-specific authorization.
4. One-Time ACH Payments
For a one-time ACH debit, your affirmative authorization applies to the identified transaction. The authorization does not by itself authorize unrelated future debits.
5. Future, Recurring, or Variable Payments
If you separately authorize recurring or future variable payments, the specific authorization will govern the scope of those debits and the method for revoking or changing that authorization. A general acceptance of this disclosure does not enroll you in recurring payments.
Where a payment provider supplies required authorization language or controls for future payments, that provider-generated authorization may be presented as part of the payment flow.
6. Revocation and Cancellation of Future Authorization
You may revoke an authorization for future payments in the manner stated in the specific authorization and subject to applicable law and processing cutoffs. Revocation does not reverse a payment already properly initiated before the revocation became effective and does not cancel an underlying debt or service obligation.
7. Settlement, Pending Status, and Verification
An authorization, checkout success screen, transfer creation response, pending status, or other preliminary message does not establish final payment. A payment is treated as completed only after receipt and verification through the applicable financial or payment workflow.
If a transfer is returned, reversed, rejected, disputed, or fails to settle, the related invoice or obligation may remain unpaid to the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
8. Returned or Reversed Payments
Electronic payments can be returned or reversed for reasons established by financial institutions, providers, network rules, or law. The Company may update the transaction record to reflect a verified return or reversal. Any returned-payment fee must be separately disclosed or otherwise lawfully imposed; this disclosure does not create an undisclosed fee.
9. Payment Records and Receipts
The Company may retain payment references, provider identifiers, transaction status, amount, date, reconciliation information, authorization evidence, and related audit records. Receipts are issued based on verified payment records. A receipt or ledger correction should reflect the underlying transaction rather than silently changing the financial event that occurred.
10. Sensitive Financial Information
Where practical, sensitive bank or card credentials should be transmitted directly to the appropriate payment or financial provider through provider-hosted, tokenized, or similarly controlled mechanisms. Customers should not send online-banking passwords, card security codes, or full bank credentials through ordinary email or general contact forms.
11. Errors or Unauthorized Activity
If you believe an electronic payment is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us promptly and also follow any rights or procedures available through your bank, financial institution, or payment provider. Nothing in this disclosure limits nonwaivable rights under applicable law or network rules.
12. Electronic Records and Consent
When you choose to transact electronically, payment authorizations and related records may be created, delivered, signed, accepted, and retained electronically as permitted by law. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to a device or method capable of receiving the records presented in the transaction.
