Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy provides the general framework used by IVth Dimension Solutions, LLC for applicable services offered by the Company or an operating brand that adopts this Policy. Because the Company operates different service lines, not every service has the same scheduling, material, labor, reservation, or fulfillment requirements.

2. Deposits and Retainers

A service may require a deposit or retainer to reserve a date, commit personnel, acquire materials, begin preparation, or allocate other resources. Before payment, the applicable quote, agreement, invoice, or booking terms should identify the amount and any service-specific refundability or transferability conditions.

This general Policy does not automatically make every deposit refundable or nonrefundable. The transaction-specific terms control.

3. Customer Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible using the contact method stated in the applicable agreement or by contacting the business that accepted the order. A cancellation becomes effective when received and reasonably identifiable by the Company, subject to any transaction-specific notice requirements.

Refund eligibility may depend on work already performed, committed labor, reserved time, nonrecoverable materials or third-party costs, customized or completed deliverables, and the cancellation provisions accepted for the service.

4. Rescheduling

Where a service can reasonably be rescheduled, the Company may offer a new date subject to availability and the applicable service terms. Rescheduling may not be available for every service and may involve additional cost if the change creates new labor, travel, material, vendor, or other expenses.

5. Company Cancellation or Inability to Perform

If the Company cancels a service and cannot reasonably provide an agreed substitute, reschedule, or other contractual remedy, amounts paid for undelivered services will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law. If only part of a service is affected, any adjustment may be limited to the affected portion where appropriate.

6. Completed, Customized, or Digital Work

Services or deliverables that have been completed, substantially performed, customized, specially ordered, downloaded, delivered, or otherwise consumed may have limited or no refund eligibility to the extent disclosed in the applicable service terms and permitted by law. This provision does not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Third-Party and Nonrecoverable Costs

When a transaction requires third-party purchases, permits, rentals, printing, shipping, venue charges, specialized materials, or other nonrecoverable commitments made for the customer’s service, those costs may affect the amount eligible for refund if the applicable agreement authorizes that treatment.

8. Payment Reversals and Processing

An approved refund may be returned using an appropriate payment method or another mutually acceptable method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution. A pending refund or provider confirmation is not necessarily final settlement until the financial transaction is completed.

9. Recurring Services

If a recurring or automatically renewing service is offered, its enrollment terms will state how to cancel future renewals or charges. Cancellation stops future charges as provided in those terms but does not automatically reverse amounts properly earned or charged before cancellation.

10. How to Request Review

To request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund review, contact the operating business that provided the service or email support@ivdimension.com. Include enough information to identify the transaction, such as your name, business or brand involved, invoice or order reference if available, and the reason for the request. Do not send bank passwords, full card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials by email.
